Investing in our new Contact Centre

   In April 2006 we opened our new Contact Centre in Charlton Kings in Cheltenham which has seen our Head Office spread to two sites. The building is truly exceptional in many ways and sees Chelsea developing its contact systems to really benefit our customers.

We are proud that Chelsea is developing its Contact Centre in the UK whereas other financial institutions are taking their call centres abroad.

The new Contact Centre is home to many of our departments including Mortgage Sales, Customer Call Centre and Financial Services who are really benefiting from the state of the art customer contact centre. We are committed to investing in our staff development so the contact centre houses many training rooms with all of the facilities needed to train and develop our already exceptional staff.

Award winning
Our new site has already won various awards of which we are really proud and want to shout about.

 We won an International Green Apple award which is a major award recognising best practice and environmental effort.

We were also accredited with an excellent environmental rating (BREEAM - Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method).
