If you don"t have a Will in place…- the people you want to leave your Estate to may not benefit. There is no guarantee unless you make a Will

- an unmarried partner could end up with nothing
- the process could be more costly after death
- there is little protection for your family after your death, especially if you have children who are minors
Irwin Mitchell offer three types of fixed price Will services for you to choose from. If you require, they will also arrange for the severance of joint tenancy.
