In addition to your mortgage payment, you can take extra cover for your other mortgage related outgoings (such as your insurance and endowment premiums). You can take an additional £300 or 50% of your mortgage payment, whichever is greater, although this is subject to the usual policy maximum of £3,000 (higher cover may be allowed at the insurers' discretion). Simply include it in the cover amount above.
