Neil embarks on Tour de Branch
11 September 2008

Neil Caskey, financial accountant at Chelsea Building Society's head office in Cheltenham is cycling from Chelsea's most northerly branch in Leicester to its most southerly branch in Plymouth in only 4 days. His challenge is starting on Friday 12 September and he hopes to cover 300 miles and raise over £1,000 for charity.
"Strangely, the idea just came to me one day when I was looking at the locations of our branch network" said Neil. "I've done a few charity cycle rides before, including Land's End to John O'Groats and thought it would be a great way to visit some branches, get some exercise and of course raise some money for a great cause."
After leaving Chelsea's Leicester branch on Granby Street at 9am on Friday, Neil hopes to be at the Cheltenham branch on the High Street late afternoon. Saturday will see Neil in Bristol at 28 Merchant Street for 10.30am and he plans to be at the Exeter branch of Chelsea on Sunday. For the final day of his challenge he will visit Paignton, Hyde Road for 9.30am and will finish at the Plymouth branch on Armada Way early afternoon for a well deserved glass of water!
